Who I am

I've spent most of my career helping organizations navigate complexity. Whether building products, redesigning operations, or introducing new systems — I'm most useful when growth, competing priorities, and ambiguity make execution difficult.

My role is often to understand what's happening, create clarity, and help teams move forward: shaping a product, redesigning a process, aligning stakeholders, or building systems from scratch. The tools change. The underlying challenge is usually the same.
