I've spent most of my career helping organizations navigate complexity. Whether building products, redesigning operations, or introducing new systems — I'm most useful when growth, competing priorities, and ambiguity make execution difficult.
My role is often to understand what's happening, create clarity, and help teams move forward: shaping a product, redesigning a process, aligning stakeholders, or building systems from scratch. The tools change. The underlying challenge is usually the same.

Aligning stakeholders across engineering, product, commercial, and ops — especially when priorities don't naturally converge.
Finding where things get stuck, redesigning the flow, and building systems that are repeatable without depending on heroics.
Deciding what to build, what not to build, and why — from roadmap ownership to cutting what isn't earning its place.
Taking what works at small scale and building the structure, tooling, and team capability for it to hold at 10×.
Identifying manual work that shouldn't be manual — and building or configuring the tools (AI, workflow automation, no-code) to replace it.
Comfortable when there's no playbook — entering undefined situations, figuring out what matters, and building the structure that makes progress possible.
Interviews, observation, workshops, and rapid iteration — validating what people actually need before building it.
When you have data but no clarity — shaping the metrics, reporting, and analysis that answers what's actually happening and whether it's working.
